TenderPulse ("we", "our", "us") is a Telegram-based tender alert service for GeM BidPlus tenders. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it. By using our bot (@BidAlertInBot) or this website, you agree to this policy.

1. What We Collect

Telegram user data: Your Telegram user ID, username (if public), and first name — sent to us automatically when you start the bot.
Keywords and preferences: The keywords, state filters, and watchlist items you set via bot commands.
Payment references: The Razorpay payment ID you share with us to activate your plan. We do not store card numbers, bank details, or UPI credentials.
Usage timestamps: When you last received alerts and when you joined.

2. How We Use Your Data

To send you Telegram alerts for tenders matching your keywords.
To manage your subscription plan and trial status.
To show aggregate (anonymous) statistics on our public analytics dashboard.
To credit referral rewards when you invite new users.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in MongoDB Atlas (hosted on AWS in Mumbai / ap-south-1 region). Tender data is sourced publicly from the GeM BidPlus portal and is not personal data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

Razorpay: Payment processing. Subject to Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
Telegram: Message delivery. Subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy.
Legal requirement: If required by Indian law or a valid court order.

5. Cookies & Analytics

This website uses no third-party analytics cookies. Bootstrap and Chart.js are loaded from CDN — those CDNs may set their own cookies subject to their policies.

6. Your Rights

Access: Use /keywords and /plan in the bot to see your stored data.
Delete: Message our support group to request full deletion of your account data.
Unsubscribe: Block the bot on Telegram — we will automatically mark your account inactive within 24 hours.

7. Data Retention

Active user data is retained for as long as you use the service. If your account is inactive (bot blocked) for more than 12 months, your data is eligible for automatic deletion.

8. Security

We use TLS in transit and MongoDB Atlas encryption at rest. We do not log message content beyond what is necessary to deliver alerts.

9. Children

TenderPulse is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18.
