Terms of Service — TenderPulse

1. Service Description

TenderPulse ("we", "our", "the service") provides automated monitoring of the GeM BidPlus government tender portal and delivers alerts via Telegram. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of GeM (Government e-Marketplace) or any government authority. Data is sourced from publicly available GeM BidPlus pages.

2. Eligibility

The service is intended for businesses and individuals registered or interested in government procurement on GeM. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering binding agreements to use paid features.

3. Plans and Subscriptions

Free plan: Available indefinitely. Features may change at our discretion.
Paid plans (Pro, Business, Annual): Plans are prepaid and non-auto-renewing. Your plan reverts to Free when the paid period ends. You must manually renew.
Plan pricing is displayed at /pricing and may change with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST.
Plan activation is instant upon payment verification. If your plan does not activate within 15 minutes of payment, contact support.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund for first-time paid subscribers who are not satisfied with the service. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original payment to our support group. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Subsequent subscription renewals are non-refundable.

6. Data Accuracy

Tender data is scraped from GeM BidPlus and may not be complete or real-time. We do not guarantee that all tenders are captured, that deadline information is accurate, or that you will be notified for every matching tender. Always verify tender details on the official GeM BidPlus portal before taking any action.

7. Prohibited Use

Sharing your account credentials or plan access with others
Using the service to scrape, re-sell, or redistribute tender data commercially
Automated or bulk use of bot commands that degrades service for others
Any use that violates GeM's terms of use or Indian law

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. Scheduled maintenance, GeM portal changes, or infrastructure issues may cause temporary outages. Planned downtime exceeding 24 hours will be announced in our support group.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Paid subscribers who are terminated for ToS violations are not eligible for refunds.

10. Limitation of Liability

TenderPulse is a notification and information service. We are not liable for any missed tenders, business losses, failed bids, or other outcomes resulting from use or non-use of the service. Our maximum liability to any subscriber shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via the bot. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
